This residence is the largest of the three and features six bedrooms, 7 bathrooms and four levels.
The residence has marble floors and bathrooms throughout. Furnishing are mostly from wood in a modern style.
All four levels offer full views of the ocean and south Bali.
ADDITIONAL FEATURES
A 25 metres long lap pool is located at the near of the main building. A separate building features a commercial kitchen to support the BBQ, and a covered BBQ area, both totaling 80m². Storage / office space is housed above the BBQ area and accessible via all levels.
A separate maids area includes bathroom, bedroom and laundry space.
1st Level
A fully self contained one bedroom apartment. The bedroom looks to the ocean, and features walk in robes and bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi. The lounge also has ocean views. A kitchenette, dining area and large storage area complete the apartment.
2nd Level
This fully contained apartment has two separate entries to the living area. Accommodation comprises of two bedrooms, both with full ensuites.
The dining and living area is very spacious at 48m². This comprises of two dining areas, full sized kitchen, lounge area and office space. The living area opens up to a spacious covered terrace with amazing views of the Indian ocean and Bali.
3rd Level
This is a two bedrooms apartment with separate bathrooms attached to each room. There is also a smaller room which could be used for sleeping one guest.
The apartment features a full kitchen and a large living area that can be split into two living areas.
The first living area is attached to the kitchen and is 96m². This includes guest bathroom, dining and living area.
Bifold aluminum doors open to a terrace of 80m² which can either be fully enclosed, or opened up to be an outside living area.
Both areas enjoy full views of the Indian ocean.
Beyond the terrace is a 40m² sundeck.
4th Level
This top level penthouse features all exposed timber high ceilings.
The master bedroom has its own full ensuite bathroom, which is accessible via a separate door for guests. There is also a second bedroom.
The kitchen and TV room adjoin the two bedrooms.
The main living area can be enclosed from the rest of the apartment, or from the ocean facing sunset deck. It features a dining table, day bed and reclining chairs.
The 60m² sunset deck offers incredible views of the Indian ocean.
